Western Chic Styled Shoot at Ravenswood Mansion
Certain color palettes carry entire seasons inside them.
For Bryanna and Bryce's wedding at the Cathedral of the Incarnation and 14TENN in Nashville, that season was summer. Blue and white florals, abundant hydrangeas, and layers of garden-inspired blooms created a celebration that felt timeless, elegant, and unmistakably Southern. Every detail was designed to feel fresh and welcoming—as though the flowers had just been gathered from the garden.
Inspired by Southern hospitality, the floral design was less about making a statement and more about creating a space where guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and invited to linger.
At the reception, long tables were filled with lush florals in a collection of clear glass vases and classic blue-and-white ginger jars. Rather than creating large, mixed arrangements, each vase featured clusters of a single flower variety, allowing the individual blooms, textures, and subtle shifts in color to take center stage.
The result was refined yet relaxed—a modern interpretation of a classic Southern tablescape.
From the ceremony to the reception, every floral detail reflected the couple's vision for a celebration that felt warm, welcoming, and deeply personal. It's a reminder that timeless doesn't have to mean predictable. Sometimes a familiar palette, thoughtfully interpreted, is all it takes to create something that lingers long after the day is over.

Kind Words
“Emsley made us feel totally comfortable with her from our very first meeting. She was dedicated to getting to know us as a couple, our love story, and then making the vision come to life. You could tell how much she cares about her clients and her final product.”
